Job summary

Sezzle seeks a Regulatory Financial Reporting Manager to own bank regulatory filings as it builds banking operations. You will serve as the subject matter expert for FFIEC Call Reports and coordinate with Finance, Legal, Compliance, and leadership to ensure accurate submissions.

You will design and implement reporting calendars, data sourcing, controls, and automation, while addressing evolving regulatory requirements and ensuring SOX compliance across the reporting function.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of bank regulatory reporting experience.
• Hands-on FFIEC Call Reports preparation and filing.
• Bridge GAAP statements and regulatory reporting.
• Strong Excel skills and data validation.
• Experience with OCC/National banks or de novo banks is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end preparation and filing of FFIEC Call Reports and related filings.
• Build and maintain the regulatory reporting framework and controls.
• Interpret regulatory instructions and classify BNPL assets and liabilities correctly.
• Collaborate with Accounting, Treasury, Legal, Compliance and Engineering.
• Support audits and examinations with documentation and responses.
