Job summary

Sezzle seeks a Financial Analyst to own bank regulatory reporting as we build out our banking operations. The Manager, Regulatory Reporting will lead FFIEC Call Reports and related filings, partnering with Finance, Legal, Compliance, and leadership to ensure accurate, timely submissions.

You will shape the reporting framework, establish data sourcing and controls, and drive scalable, SOX-compliant processes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of bank regulatory reporting experience.
• Hands-on experience preparing FFIEC Call Reports.
• Strong knowledge of FFIEC schedules and capital calculations.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end preparation and filing of bank regulatory reports (FFIEC 031/041/051).
• Build and maintain regulatory reporting framework, calendars, data sourcing, and controls.
• Interpret FFIEC/OCC/FDIC guidance for BNPL-related reporting.
• Monitor regulatory changes and update reporting requirements.
• Collaborate with Accounting, FP&A, Treasury, Legal, Compliance, and Engineering to source data and align GAAP with regulatory filings.
• Support examinations and audits, respond to inquiries, and remediate findings.
