Job summary

Huntington National Bank seeks a Regulatory Reporting Accounting Manager to prepare and submit regulatory filings in line with FFIEC, OCC and Federal Reserve guidance. You will document numbers, analyze trends, and coordinate with IT and Finance Data partners to ensure accuracy and compliance.

The role requires a strong control mindset, excellent communication, and experience with banking regulations and reporting processes. Office-based with flexible work arrangements may apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or economics is required.
• 6+ years of experience in auditing, regulatory or SEC reporting is required.
• Public accounting and/or external financial reporting experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze regulatory reports such as Call Report, FR Y-9C, FR Y-14Q, FR Y-14A, and others.
• Document numbers and conclusions clearly with supporting guidance.
• Analyze results and communicate trends to management.
• Gather reportable data across IT, Finance Data Resource Group and others; perform UAT.
• Interact with regulators regarding the filings and perform reconciliations.
• Identify improvements to data and processes while ensuring compliance.
