Inside Real Estate is a fast-growing, independently-owned real estate software firm serving hundreds of thousands of real estate agents. As an engineer on the Marketplace Ads Team, you will architect, implement, and debug software that helps agents get, work, and manage new buyer/seller leads.

This full-stack role leans backend-heavy (~70%) with PHP/Laravel, Vue.js, MySQL, and AWS in your daily stack. You’ll join a transitioning codebase and push for robust, scalable solutions while

Qualifications

• This role requires experience with PHP/Laravel, Vue.js and MySQL.
• Proficient with Git, Docker and AWS in a full‑stack environment.
• Backend-heavy work (~70%) with strong backend chops and unit testing (PHPUnit/TDD).
• Bonus: experience building software that manages leads/contacts or supports concierge services.

Responsibilities

• Architect, implement, and debug software that helps real estate agents generate and manage leads.
• Develop internal features used by other departments to serve agents’ needs.
• Promote robust architecture and maintainability across the codebase.
