Strong backend experience in Java, Node.js, Go, Rust, TypeScript, Python, or C++.
Track record building scalable services and APIs.
Comfort with debugging, performance work and automated testing.
Solid code review instincts.
Cybersecurity or SecOps background is a big plus — secure coding, appsec, pentesting, vulnerability assessment, OWASP/CWE, or security-focused reviews.

Responsibilities

Train AI systems by creating realistic coding tasks for evaluation.
Implement deterministic verifiers to accept valid solutions and reject invalid ones.
Ensure code quality through reviews, tests, and performance improvements.
Assist in security reviews and threat modeling for backend services.
