Mettle is seeking a Back End Engineer to join our core engineering team. You will develop clean, scalable backend services using Java with Spring Boot or Micronaut, and work with modern infrastructure.

You will collaborate across stakeholders to deliver high-impact solutions, uphold coding standards, mentor junior engineers, and focus on secure, data-driven architectures in a remote-first environment.

Formación

• Strong background in software engineering and architecture.
• Solid experience with Java and Spring Boot / Micronaut.
• Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and AWS deployments.
• Familiarity with Kafka and event sourcing.
• Experience in secure application development.
• Ability to translate business objectives into data-driven insights.
