OpenTrain AI offers part-time, fully remote backend coding task work focused on AI evaluation. You will craft realistic coding challenges and verifiers for AI systems, review AI-generated solutions, and apply your backend expertise to ensure quality and correctness.

You’ll work as an independent contractor with flexible hours, earning $30–$100 per hour for tasks completed, with no fixed shifts and the ability to work remotely from the United States.

Formación

• Backend development experience with modern languages and APIs.
• Strong automated testing, code review and problem-solving skills.
• Experience reviewing AI-generated code and debugging.

Responsabilidades

• Write realistic backend coding challenges covering new features and bug fixes across services, APIs and codebases.
• Build deterministic verifiers that pass correct solutions and reject incorrect ones.
• Review AI-written solutions for correctness and quality using code review, debugging, testing and refactoring.
• Bring in performance analysis, algorithms and data structures where a task calls for them.
