AI coding tools learn from examples and tests written by experienced engineers. The teams building them need backend developers who can write realistic coding challenges, build checks that tell a working solution from a broken one, and judge AI-written code the way an experienced reviewer would. This is remote, part-time contractor work applying your backend expertise to AI coding evaluation.
