Qualifications

• 4+ years as a backend engineer focusing on production data stores.
• Experience with query performance, indexing, and data modeling.
• Strong collaboration skills in a remote-first environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain backend services for the data layer.
• Own end-to-end delivery of engineering initiatives with product teams.
• Improve storage and access to process data and expose it to customers.
• Improve secondary storage performance and build production tooling.
• Participate in L3 support and on-call rotations.
