Qualifications

• 7+ years backend development experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Strong TypeScript/JavaScript and Node.js expertise.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using TypeScript/JavaScript and Node.js.
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs and integrate external services.
• Implement secure authentication and authorization (JWT/OAuth).
• Develop data pipelines, background jobs, and workflows.
• Design and optimize MongoDB/Redis schemas and queries.
• Ensure data integrity, availability, and performance.
• Design distributed architectures with caching and load balancing.
• Deploy and manage apps in AWS and/or GCP.
• Create CI/CD pipelines and automated tests.
• Monitor performance and fix production issues.
• Apply security best practices and compliance as needed.
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools to boost productivity.
