Job summary

Zillow Rentals is seeking a Strategist, Social Media for a 6-month contract. You will own day-to-day social media strategy and execution across LinkedIn and Facebook, collaborating with Comms/PR, Product Marketing, Brand, Events, Lifecycle, Frontline, and Sales to drive awareness and engagement.

This hands-on role requires building a content calendar, writing sharp copy, capturing live-event content, and turning social listening insights into strategy.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of social media experience with B2B channels (LinkedIn required).
• Experience in video content creation from concept through execution.
• Proficiency with social listening tools such as Sprinklr or equivalent.
• Strong copywriting with adaptable voice and tone across formats.
• Comfort using AI tools for content production and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage LinkedIn and Facebook content calendars, posting 4–5 times weekly.
• Monitor posts, respond to comments in a timely, on-brand manner.
• Lead outbound engagements on Zillow Rentals content and manage inbox messages.
• Develop static and video content, copywriting, and production coordination.
• Design and run A/B tests to optimize channel performance.
• Capture content at events for use across social channels.
