Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage Andela’s organic social presence across LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant B2B platforms.
• Plan, build, manage, and optimize paid social campaigns to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and pipeline contribution.
• Track and report on key social media KPIs; use data to surface insights and improve content strategy and paid performance.
• Work closely with content, design, and growth teams to ensure assets are on-brand and campaign-aligned.
