You will own content calendars, collaborate with growth and PR teams, and leverage analytics to improve organic and paid performance. Strong LinkedIn expertise and data-driven thinking are essential.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of social media marketing experience focusing on B2B audiences.
• Hands-on experience managing organic and paid social programs, with LinkedIn expertise.
• Ability to grow social audiences and drive measurable engagement in a B2B context.

Responsibilities

• Manage Andela’s organic social presence across LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant B2B platforms.
• Develop and maintain a social media content calendar aligned to campaigns, launches, and milestones.
• Create, curate, and publish content for technology buyers, enterprise leaders, and talent decision-makers.
• Engage with followers, respond to comments, and build community around Andela’s brand.
