Job summary

Restaurant Supply LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Shopify B2B Catalog Specialist with 3+ years of hands-on Shopify experience to manage a large B2B e-commerce catalog. You will focus on Shopify B2B catalogs, pricing, imports, and data quality, while also supporting regular catalog management.

This is a permanent, remote role with opportunities to optimize and grow our online catalog. Collaborate with marketing and operations to ensure accurate product information and a seamless customer

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on Shopify experience managing catalogs.
• Experience with Shopify B2B catalogs and pricing.
• Experience with product imports and bulk updates.
• Ability to manage catalog data, images, variants, collections, pricing and metadata.
• Strong Google Sheets skills and handling large datasets.
• Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple catalog priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain Shopify product catalogs including details, images, pricing, and metadata.
• Manage Shopify B2B catalogs and pricing for customer-specific data.
• Perform product imports and bulk updates using spreadsheets.
• Upload and update content, images, descriptions, attributes, and other product information.
• Audit catalog data to correct errors and pricing issues.
• Optimize titles, descriptions, metadata using SEO best practices.
• Support product launches, promotions, and catalog updates.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations to ensure accurate product information.
• Manage large volumes of product data while maintaining accuracy.
• Support catalog management during B2B downtime.
