Qualifications

• Proven experience managing ecommerce websites (PrestaShop, Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar).
• Strong front-end design skills with basic HTML/CSS knowledge.
• Hands-on experience with integrations between ecommerce platforms, inventory systems, and product databases.
• Experience working with APIs, automated product feeds, CSV imports, and data synchronization.
• Excellent written English and high attention to detail for quality control.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update the website and optimize user experience.
• Upload, update, and manage thousands of product listings and SKUs.
• Replace and optimize product images and enhance content presentation.
• Assist with front-end design improvements, pricing updates, and ecommerce administration.
• Leverage AI tools to streamline website management, content creation, and product updates.
• Manage and maintain integrations between printer and supplies databases.
• Ensure daily supplier stock updates are imported and synchronized.
• Monitor product feeds, inventory levels, and database connections to troubleshoot issues.
• Document integration processes and suggest improvements to increase reliability.
