Nivoda, a rapidly growing global B2B diamond and gemstone marketplace, seeks an energetic SDR to drive inbound and outbound sales. You will qualify leads, book demos, and maintain meticulous CRM hygiene across multi-channel outreach (phone, email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn).

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in a SaaS or tech-sales SDR/BDR role with a transactional, high-volume motion.
• Excellent phone and writing skills with 60–80+ meaningful touches per day.
• Native or professional proficiency in English and Italian.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound leads within SLA and convert to booked demos.
• Build and execute outbound sequences against target retailer lists.
• Qualify buyers by type, volume, intent, and timeline; kill bad leads quickly.
• Book, confirm, and protect demos; reduce no-shows with reminders.
• Keep CRM immaculate with complete touch logging and accurate dispositions.
