Job summary

Leap Event Technology is seeking an energetic, goal-driven Business Development Associate to join our remote Sales team. You will be the primary prospecting engine across Attractions, Conventions, Music/Comedy, and Sports verticals, generating new meetings and driving top-of-funnel opportunities.

The role emphasizes B2B SaaS sales processes, strategic account mapping, multi-channel outreach, and a strong pipeline discipline.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or at least 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Proficiency with Salesforce or other CRM software.
• Strong communication skills via phone, email, and web meeting.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Outbound prospecting and ABM campaigns to generate net-new discovery meetings.
• Inbound lead qualification and rapid conversion to opportunities.
• Maintain a clean, up-to-date CRM with target accounts and pipeline data.
• Collaborate with marketing and RevOps to refine outreach and proposals.
• Coordinate pre- and post-show outreach for events and tradeshows.
