• Comfort selling to operators, not just software buyers.
• Self-sufficient pipeline management.
• CRM discipline: documenting actions and learning from data.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle—from first outreach to signed contract: demos, discovery calls, and closing.
• Sell bottom-up into retail—talk to store-level decision-makers and earn trust fast.
• Build and manage your pipeline with SDR support and outbound coverage in Germany.
• Expand existing accounts by identifying rollout potential within the same group.
• Provide market insights back to the team based on field experiences.
