Job summary

Precisely is seeking an experienced Support Engineer to deliver high-quality technical support for data integration products, including Sterling B2B Integrator and Sterling File Gateway. You will diagnose complex issues, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to knowledge base creation, enabling customers to maximize their Precisely investments.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science or related field (equivalent work experience accepted).
2-5 years of experience in Technical Support, Application Support, Product Support, Managed Services or related customer-facing technical role.
Excellent communication skills (oral and written), strong interpersonal relations and troubleshooting abilities.
Self-motivated with the ability to handle difficult problems and tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

Provide world class technical support over phone, email, and remote desktop, meeting SLA requirements and documenting critical information.
Address and resolve issues quickly to ensure customer satisfaction.
Investigate, analyze, and solve complex problems across platforms, software systems, and databases.
Understand enterprise system complexities to determine source of issues (product, third-party, user code, or platform).
Continuously learn new technologies and share knowledge within the team.
Create internal and external Knowledge Base documentation for customers and team members.
Debug and provide recommended solutions and tools for product issues and enhancements.
Participate in periodic weekend on-call support shifts.
