Quenchwater is seeking a Commercial Ice Account Executive to drive growth in our large commercial ice line. This technical sales role focuses on prospecting, positioning, and selling to new and existing customers, with on-site meetings and site surveys to tailor solutions.

Leverage deep product knowledge and solution selling to match customers with the right ice systems, while collaborating with regional teams to expand market coverage.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
• Experience selling technically complex products in industrial sectors.
• Strong communication via phone and email; quick customer needs assessment.
• Willingness to travel in-market.

Responsibilities

• Generate commercial ice sales through face-to-face interactions, calls, and B2B outreach.
• Conduct on-site meetings and surveys to propose solutions.
• Identify needs, budgets, and overcome objections; propose customized solutions.
• Collaborate to design and execute selling strategies.
• Establish and nurture relationships with key decision-makers.
• Meet or exceed new business sales goals; maintain activity.
• Prepare sales reports and maintain records.
• Maintain regular attendance.
