You’ll interview customers and executives to uncover insights and shape credible narratives that support healthcare technology goals. The role emphasizes adaptability, collaboration, and delivering high-quality content that aligns with marketing and product strategies.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of professional writing experience in B2B, SaaS, healthcare, or agency environments.

Responsibilities

• Write across formats: blogs, whitepapers, case studies, emails, landing pages, ads, web copy, collateral, event materials, and press releases.
• Interview customers, executives, and experts to extract insights and craft credible content.
• Adapt voice from demand-gen to thought leadership and customer storytelling.
• Translate healthcare and tech concepts into clear, benefit-focused messages.
• Partner with marketing, product, creative, sales, and SMEs to meet business goals.
• Edit and proofread content, maintain voice and quality consistency.
• Contribute ideas to content strategy and storytelling opportunities.
