Job summary

Blue Mantis is seeking an Azure FinOps Consultant to join our remote Cloud FinOps team in the United States. You will be the subject-matter expert on cloud billing and licensing, helping a dedicated set of customers optimize costs and maximize value.

As a cloud customer success manager, you will onboard, provision, report, and resolve complex billing questions, build trusted advisor relationships, and define KPIs/SLAs to ensure high satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience with supporting Microsoft Azure clients.
• BS Degree in Business or Technology; graduate degree appreciated.
• 1 year of prior experience with public cloud billing and licensing models or willingness to learn.
• Experience working with clients on business solutions.
• Experience optimizing workflows and implementing process improvement.
• Demonstrated interpersonal skills including mentoring, coaching and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct customer business reviews focused on cloud utilization and cost optimization.
• Build and maintain a trusted advisor relationship with our customers.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of checklists, procedures, processes, and policies for deployment and utilization of cloud resources.
• Define, measure and monitor KPIs and SLAs that lead to high customer satisfaction.
• Own the post-sales relationship.
