Job summary

Concentrix is seeking a talented DevOps Engineer / Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to join the team as a remote, Mexico-based role. The candidate will design and maintain CI/CD pipelines, automate infrastructure provisioning, and manage Azure cloud services while ensuring security, performance, and reliability.

Collaboration with development teams and on-call incident responses are required, with a focus on automation and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Advanced/Fluent English with strong written and verbal communication.
• Professional experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or SRE.
• Hands-on CI/CD tooling experience (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI).
• Strong Azure cloud services and infrastructure knowledge.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and IaC (Terraform).
• Scripting in Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Monitoring/logging with Prometheus, Grafana, ELK.
• Git-based workflows with GitHub and/or GitLab.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for reliable software delivery.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and deployment processes.
• Manage and optimize Microsoft Azure cloud infrastructure and services.
• Monitor and improve performance, reliability, scalability, and availability.
• Collaborate with development to ensure smooth deployment and operation.
• Apply security best practices across infra and deployments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Participate in on-call rotations and incident response.
• Identify automation opportunities to improve efficiency.
