Our client is searching for a DevOps Engineer for a long-term, multi-year contract that can be worked remotely.

Compensation: This position will pay $60-65/hour on a W2 basis. All candidates must work directly for TEKsystems on a W2 basis.

Duties:

1. Work as part of a team of problem solvers helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution.
2. Design and implement technology infrastructure, develop and enhance both client and internal facing applications, and provide technology tools.
3. Use enterprise architecture across application areas to build delivery models that map capabilities to business needs.
4. Utilize multiple sources of information, including broader stakeholder views, to develop solutions and recommendations.
5. Address defects and enhancements as part of the application support lifecycle.
6. Implement security and infrastructure maintenance best practices.
7. Participate in troubleshooting issues in a hybrid cloud environment.
8. Troubleshoot complex incidents across multiple technologies and environments.

Technical Skills:

1. Experience with Azure Cloud services (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) such as Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, storage accounts, VMs, Key Vault, Azure Kubernetes Service, Redis Cache, and SignalR.
2. Containerized workloads in a cloud hosting environment (Docker).
3. Azure Kubernetes Services 1.2.5 or higher.
4. Proficiency in C#, Python, and scripting in PowerShell and Bash.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range is $60.00 - $85.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits, which may depend on job classification and employment length. Benefits may include:
