Job description

Our client is searching for a DevOps Engineer for a long-term, multi-year contract that can be worked remotely.

***This position will pay 60-65/hour on a W2 basis and all candidates must work directly for TEKsystems on a W2 basis***

Duties:

• Work as part of a team of problem solvers helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution
• Design and implement technology infrastructure, develop and enhance both client and internal facing applications and provide technology tools
• Use enterprise architecture across application areas to build delivery models that map capabilities to business needs
• Use multiple sources of information including broader stakeholder views to develop solutions and recommendations
• As part of application support lifecycle address defects and Enhancements
• Implement security and infrastructure maintenance best practices
• Participate in troubleshooting any issue necessary in the hybrid cloud environment
• Troubleshoot complex incidents across multiple technologies in all environments

Technical Skills:

• Experience in Azure Cloud services (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) such as Azure DevOps, CI/CD, Pipelines, Storage Accounts, VMs, Key Vault, Azure Kubernetes Service, Redis Cache, and SignalR
• Containerized workloads in a cloud hosting environment (Docker)
• Azure Kubernetes Services 1.2.5 or higher
• Good knowledge of C#, Python and scripting in PowerShell and Bash

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $85.00/hr.
