Job summary

BairesDev is seeking a robust Azure Data Engineer to design and maintain data pipelines within the Microsoft data ecosystem, enabling scalable analytics for our global clients. You will work 100% remotely, collaborating across time zones, with strong SQL and Python skills and experience with Azure Data Factory, Synapse Analytics, Microsoft Fabric, and Power BI.

Qualifications

4+ years of experience in Data Engineering or Software Engineering.
Proven expertise in building and optimizing data pipelines using Azure Data Factory and Synapse Analytics.
Proficiency in Python and SQL for data transformation and analytics within the Microsoft data ecosystem.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric and Power BI integration for enterprise-grade data platforms.

Responsibilities

Design, implement, and manage end-to-end data integration pipelines using Azure Data Factory.
Develop and optimize scalable data architectures using Azure Synapse Analytics and Microsoft Fabric.
Write and refine complex SQL queries and Python scripts for data transformation and processing.
Orchestrate data workflows to ensure reliable delivery of analytics-ready datasets.
Implement best practices for data modeling and storage to support Power BI integration and reporting.
Ensure the integrity and security of the data platform through proactive monitoring and performance tuning.
