Job summary

Atmosera is seeking a Cloud Administrator to join our Cloud Escalations Team in the United States. The role requires Azure Cloud expertise, ITIL incident management, and the ability to obtain Public Trust clearance.

The position supports remote work within the US and occasional after-hours coverage. You will manage Azure environments, automate tasks with PowerShell and Bicep, and ensure security, reliability, and performance for multi-client deployments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in Azure Cloud support.
• Experience with automation using scripting languages (PowerShell, Bicep) and CI/CD practices.
• Network platforms and firewalls (VPNs, policy management, load balancing).
• Backup & Recovery: Azure Site Recovery configuration and troubleshooting.
• ITIL best practices for incident and problem management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with clients.
• Strong analytical mindset and root-cause analysis.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Preferred AZ-104 Certification and Public Trust eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Manage network platforms, firewalls, VPNs, and load balancing.
• Provide Azure Cloud support with at least 3 years experience; AZ-104 preferred.
• Act as escalation point for technicians; follow ITIL-based incident management and change control.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, runbooks, and automation procedures.
• Deliver exceptional client service throughout the service lifecycle.
• Coordinate with other departments for client feedback and success.
• Configure monitoring and alerting for Azure and Atmosera environments.
• Ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards.
• Manage Windows and Linux servers, Hyper-V and VMware.
