Job summary

3Cloud is seeking an Architect in Delivery to lead hands-on cloud architecture on Azure, owning end-to-end design, security, performance, and cost. You will mentor engineers, guide engagements, and ensure scalable, maintainable solutions for clients.

You will drive solution design across multiple domains, lead hybrid/remote teams, and contribute to business development with architectural viewpoints and client workshops. A strong Power BI and Azure background is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
• 6+ years delivering solutions in a domain such as application development, cloud platform engineering, DevOps, or data and analytics.
• 3+ years in solution architecture and leading development teams.
• 7+ years in business intelligence, analytics, or 5+ in consulting.
• Deep expertise in Power BI including Enterprise design, DAX, M, PowerQuery, deployment pipelines.
• Experience deploying cloud solutions using Microsoft Azure data services (Azure Data Factory, Data Lake, SQL DB).
• Experience leading hybrid/remote teams across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end architecture and scope for projects, designing and delivering Azure solutions.
• Serve as technical lead and SME to guide consultants and engineers.
• Apply engineering practices for reliable, maintainable solutions.
• Provide architectural guidance during implementation and reviews.
• Use AI tools to accelerate code, tests, docs, and related tasks.
• Design advanced semantic models using star schemas, DAX, and Power Query.
• Advise clients on Power BI architecture, governance, and deployment strategies.
• Lead discovery sessions and shape prioritized backlogs with clear acceptance criteria.
