Job summary

Local First Arizona is seeking a Platform Engineer / DevOps Engineer to develop and modernize AWS cloud infrastructure. This role focuses on automation, CI/CD, and deployment. Open to US Citizens and Green Card Holders, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in DevOps, AWS, and collaborative work across teams.

The position offers flexible remote work with occasional travel to Princeton, NJ. Required skills include AWS services, Docker, and Terraform, alongside certification in AWS DevOps.

Qualifications

• 4+ years as DevOps Engineer / Platform Engineer / Cloud Engineer.
• Strong AWS production experience.
• Experience with incident response and production support.

Responsibilities

• Conduct architecture and deployment readiness reviews.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
• Automate application deployments in AWS.
• Deploy/manage workloads on AWS ECS Fargate.
• Provision and monitor AWS infrastructure.
• Maintain Terraform-based infrastructure.
