Guidehouse is seeking an AWS DevOps Engineer to automate AWS provisioning with Terraform and build robust CI/CD pipelines. You will operate across AWS and hybrid environments, applying security baselines and zero-trust concepts. Collaboration with security and engineering teams will ensure reliable, auditable systems.

The role emphasizes governance, incident response readiness, and documentation to support mission critical workloads.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; four years of related experience in lieu of degree.
• 4–10 years hands-on AWS cloud, infrastructure, and enterprise IT operations.
• Strong Terraform experience for AWS infrastructure automation.
• Experience building and operating CI/CD pipelines with Git, Jenkins, CodePipeline and Docker.
• Scripting skills in Python and Bash; knowledge of NIST/CIS/ISO27000 security frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Automate provisioning and lifecycle management of AWS services using Terraform or similar IaC.
• Deploy, configure, harden, and maintain infrastructure in AWS and hybrid environments.
• Standardize reusable IaC modules and improve environment consistency.
• Build and enhance CI/CD pipelines and DevOps workflows with Git, Terraform, Jenkins, CodePipeline, and Docker.
• Troubleshoot infrastructure and automation issues to ensure reliability and performance.
• Improve logging, monitoring, and dashboards for operational visibility.
• Apply zero-trust cybersecurity practices and audit-ready configurations.
• Collaborate with security, networking, and engineering teams to meet delivery timelines.
