Job summary

RevStar is hiring a Data & AI Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) to operate at the intersection of enterprise cloud architecture, hands-on engineering, and client-facing delivery. You will own the full delivery lifecycle for high-impact accounts—architecting resilient AWS environments, modernizing legacy infrastructure, and deploying GenAI/ML workloads.

In this remote-friendly role, you will mentor Cloud Engineers and Solutions Architects, drive platform adoption, and identify new workloads.

Qualifications

6+ years in cloud architecture, DevOps/SRE, or software engineering with AWS focus.
3+ years in client-facing consulting or forward deployed engineering.
Deep AWS core expertise across IAM, VPC, EC2, ECS/EKS, S3, RDS.
IaC proficiency with Terraform, AWS CDK, or CloudFormation and CI/CD pipelines.
Experience with GenAI/data services (Bedrock, SageMaker) is a plus.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and deploy secure, scalable AWS architectures using IaC and modern microservices/serverless patterns.
Lead enterprise client delivery with CIOs/CTOs and client teams to translate goals into AWS solutions.
Drive cloud migration from on-prem and modernize legacy apps.
Architect and deploy GenAI/ML workloads with Bedrock, SageMaker, OpenSearch.
Identify high-value workloads and drive AWS consumption growth.
Mentor engineers and drive internal accelerators and best practices.
