Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT infrastructure or cloud operations experience.
• Experience with production AWS workloads and incident response.
• Strong documentation, troubleshooting, and on-call readiness.
• Familiar with TriZetto Facets and healthcare apps is a plus.
• Certifications listed are preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily AWS cloud infrastructure health checks and readiness assessments.
• Configure, manage, and enhance CloudWatch and Dynatrace monitoring with dashboards and alarms.
• Investigate alerts for outages, performance issues, and anomalies.
• Configure automatic on-call notifications for critical incidents.
• Manage EBS snapshots, backups for EC2/RDS, and operational reporting.
• Handle VPC logs, EC2 logs, bucket policies, and cross-account access.
• Troubleshoot outages, network issues, DNS zones, firewall changes, and access problems.
• Support deployments by running approved runbooks and coordinating weekend downtime.
• Maintain infrastructure documentation and support TriZetto Facets installation activities.
