Job summary

iFlow Inc. is seeking a Cloud Infrastructure & Systems Administrator with 3+ years of experience to design, implement, and optimize cloud and on‑premises infrastructure.

You will manage AWS environments (EC2, S3, RDS, VPC), Linux and Windows Server, automation with Ansible/Puppet/Chef or GitHub Actions, and scripting in Bash or Python.

Remote position with standard business hours; strong focus on security, networking, incident support, and continuous improvement across enterprise systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field or equivalent work experience
• 3+ years of Linux system administration experience
• 3+ years of hands-on experience managing AWS environments (EC2, S3, RDS, VPC)
• 3+ years of Windows Server infrastructure experience (installation, configuration, patch management)
• 3+ years of Windows desktop imaging, deployment, lifecycle management
• Strong networking knowledge: TCP/IP, DNS, routing, firewalls, security protocols
• Experience with cloud security principles and infrastructure security best practices
• Automation/configuration management tools: Ansible, Puppet, Chef, GitHub Actions
• Scripting: Bash and/or Python
• Experience troubleshooting enterprise environments and supporting incident/problem management

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain AWS cloud infrastructure (EC2, S3, RDS, VPC)
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize cloud and on‑premises environments
• Manage Linux and Windows Server infrastructure (installation, configuration, patching)
• Deploy and maintain Windows desktop operating systems (imaging, deployment)
• Respond to incidents and perform root cause analysis
• Support enterprise problem management and operational processes
• Implement security best practices across cloud/infrastructure
• Automate admin tasks and deployments (Ansible, Puppet, Chef, GitHub Actions, Bash, Python)
• Collaborate with teams to design scalable, secure infrastructure
• Manage networking configurations and connectivity in cloud/hybrid environments
• Assist with infrastructure projects and continuous improvement
• Monitor health, performance, and capacity; document configurations
• Participate in on‑call support as required
