FinOps Weekly is seeking a Cloud Cost Optimisation Engineer (London or remote) to analyse AWS usage and costs, produce customer reports, dashboards, and provide spend-optimisation recommendations. You will work with cloud engineering and support teams to drive cost efficiency and transparency for clients.

Ideal candidates have strong data analysis skills, customer-facing experience, and knowledge of AWS services such as EC2, RDS and S3.

Qualifications

• Experience with AWS and cloud infrastructure.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work with data.
• Proficient in Excel and producing accurate reports.

Responsabilités

• Analyze AWS usage and cost data to identify patterns and anomalies.
• Produce cost reports and maintain dashboards for customers.
• Identify opportunities to reduce cloud spend and improve efficiency.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and spend tracking for customers.
• Explain findings and recommendations to customers and teams.
