Ideal candidates have prior experience delivering IT certification bootcamps, strong presentation and curriculum development skills, and a commitment to student success in a fully online, remote setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of training experience, preferably IT certification bootcamps.
• Current certifications in IT or related field where applicable.
• Ability to teach synchronous online courses via Teams and engage adult learners.

Responsibilities

• Teach synchronous online courses via Microsoft Teams.
• Schedule evenings/weekends per course lineup.
• Plan and organize instruction to maximize student learning.
• Ensure alignment with adult learner framework and certification readiness.
• Maintain up-to-date certifications in taught subjects.
