Job summary

TCWGlobal is seeking an AWS Authorized Instructor (AAI) to deliver official AWS training to corporate clients and certification candidates, using classroom or virtual instructor-led formats and staying current with AWS content.

This contract role is remote, 40 hours per week, with potential for extension; compensation is up to $125/hour and requires deep AWS expertise, curriculum development, and ability to coach candidates toward AWS ATP status.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of cloud computing experience with an AWS focus.
• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent with hands-on AWS experience).
• Proven ability to deliver courseware to adult learners.
• Experience in instructional design and adult-learning methodologies.
• Techno-functional depth with practical AWS application, not just certification knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Deliver AWS training courses to corporate clients and candidates within AWS ATP guidelines.
• Develop and tailor supplementary AWS training materials aligned with curriculum; assess learners and provide feedback.
• Coach candidates through certification paths and AWS ATP status when applicable.
• Stay current on AWS service updates and certification changes to ensure content relevance.
• Contribute to program metrics such as instructor counts, CSAT, and delivery volume.
