Job summary

TCWGlobal is seeking an experienced AWS trainer to deliver official training programs to corporate clients and certification candidates, remotely in the United States. The role emphasizes classroom and virtual instruction, adapting content to client needs, and maintaining curriculum alignment with AWS ATP guidelines.

You will guide learners through AWS certification paths, stay updated with AWS changes, and contribute to instructor counts and delivery metrics.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of cloud computing experience with an AWS focus.
• Bachelor's degree; strong hands-on experience may substitute.
• Instructional design and adult-learning methodology experience.
• Ability to deliver courseware with confidence and patience in adult classrooms.

Responsibilities

• Deliver AWS training courses and customize content for clients within AWS ATP guidelines.
• Develop and maintain supplementary AWS training materials; assess learners and provide feedback.
• Coach candidates on AWS certification paths and related AWS roles.
• Stay current on AWS service updates and certification changes; adjust content accordingly.
• Contribute to program metrics such as instructor count, CSAT, and delivery volume under the AWS ATP Program Guide.
