Koniag Government Services seeks an AWS Certified AI Practitioner to design, implement, and optimize AWS AI/ML solutions for IT Call Center operations serving government clients. This remote role works with program leadership, the AWS Solutions Architect, data analysts, and government stakeholders to deliver AI-powered automation and analytics that improve efficiency and customer experience.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 3+ years hands-on experience designing and managing AWS AI/ML solutions.
- Experience with AWS AI services including Lex, Comprehend, Transcribe, Polly, and SageMaker.
- Ability to obtain government security clearance may be required.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and optimize AWS AI/ML solutions for IT Call Center operations.
- Collaborate with leadership, AWS Solutions Architect, data analysts, and government stakeholders.
- Develop AI-powered automation, NLP, sentiment analysis, and predictive analytics.
