Koniag Services Inc. is seeking an AWS Certified AI Practitioner to design, implement, and optimize AI/ML solutions on AWS for our government IT Call Center.

The role emphasizes intelligent automation, predictive analytics, NLP, and secure, scalable architectures in a fully remote environment. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in CS/IT/AI with 3+ years in AWS AI/ML.
• Experience deploying AWS AI services including Lex, Comprehend, Transcribe, Polly, and SageMaker.
• AWS Certified AI Practitioner certification required at time of hire.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify and implement AWS AI/ML solutions to enhance IT Call Center operations.
• Design, develop, and maintain AWS AI/ML solutions using core AWS services (Lex, Polly, Comprehend, Rekognition, Transcribe, SageMaker, Bedrock).
• Collaborate with AWS Connect Administrator to implement AI-powered contact center capabilities (IVR, chatbots, analytics).
• Develop predictive analytics models to forecast call volumes and SLA risks.
• Create NLP and sentiment analysis solutions to analyze customer interactions and surface insights.
• Develop AI-powered automation to streamline workflows using Lambda, EventBridge, and Step Functions.
• Support SageMaker pipelines for training, testing, deployment, and monitoring of models.
• Ensure designs comply with security, FedRAMP, and governance standards.
