Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in AWS AI/ML leadership roles.
• Expertise in designing and leading enterprise-scale AI/ML solutions on AWS.
• Experience building NLP, speech analytics, and generative AI applications.
• Proficient in Python and cloud-native integrations (APIs/SDKs).
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of AI/ML solutions on AWS.
• Architect and build intelligent applications using AWS AI stack.
• Develop solutions using Amazon Transcribe for speech-to-text tasks.
• Utilize Amazon Comprehend for NLP and text analytics.
• Leverage Amazon Bedrock for foundation-model based apps.
• Collaborate with business, product, and engineering teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Design end-to-end data and AI workflows: ingestion, preprocessing, model integration, deployment.
• Ensure security, compliance, performance, and cost optimization.
• Guide team on AWS architecture, MLOps, and deployment best practices.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and code/design reviews for junior engineers.
• Evaluate emerging AWS AI/ML services and recommend innovative solutions.
