Job summary

Prosper Global is seeking an AMT Programme Officer to manage a portfolio of institutional and private donor awards across LAC, coordinating with country teams and fundraising to ensure timely, compliant delivery of reporting and amendments.

You will review narrative reports, provide training on award management, and support proposal development with various donors, including government and private foundations. Strong English/Spanish and MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field is preferred.
• 3+ years of professional experience in international relief and development, including managing the development, implementation, administration, and compliance of grants (especially government-funded awards). Field-based experience is highly desirable, ideally in LAC
• Experience with proposal development (support and writing) with various donors (e.g., US Government, European institutions, private foundations, corporations).
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Spanish.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information clearly and concisely for various audiences.

Responsibilities

• Oversee assigned portfolio of awards to ensure compliance with donor requirements, monitor overall award health, and provide guidance and oversight on award requirements.
• Support country teams’ adherence to donor rules and regulations, serving as main point of contact for institutional donor compliance and communication, and supporting Corporate and Foundations Team (CFT) Relationship Managers with private donor communications and stewardship related to award management
• Provide guidance to country teams on narrative reporting; review reports and other award deliverables, ensuring quality and adherence to donor requirements and internal standards. Manage the submission of institutional donor reports and support CFT Relationship Managers in the submission of private donor reports.
• Coordinate with other Global and Regional departments during proposal development.
• Support or lead coordination for assigned proposals or concept notes, monitoring timelines, tracking status, and communicating with relevant parties.
