Qualifikationen

• Bachelors degree or equivalent in a relevant field is preferred.
• 3+ years of professional experience in international relief and development, including grants management and compliance, preferably in LAC.
• Experience with proposal development and donor engagement (US Gov, European institutions, private foundations).
• Experience with monitoring and evaluation and other learning efforts is preferred.
• Experience representing an organization to external stakeholders is preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office software (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Spanish required.

Aufgaben

• Oversee a portfolio of awards to ensure donor compliance and monitor award health.
• Support country teams' adherence to donor rules, serving as main contact for institutional donor compliance.
• Review narrative reports and deliverables to ensure quality and donor compliance; manage institutional and private donor reports.
• Facilitate award agreements and amendments review and negotiation processes.
• Prepare and communicate award initiation and closeout tools, and provide training on award management.
