Job summary

Method Eyes is a boutique awards consulting agency seeking a remotely-based writer/editor to support every stage of the award submission process for creative campaigns. You will coordinate show guidelines, craft narratives, edit for clarity, and manage timelines with industry research to inform submissions.

This role emphasizes proactive communication with clients and a self-motivated, detail-oriented approach in a remote team environment.

Qualifications

2–3 years experience in advertising, marketing or PR.
Strong writing and editing skills.
Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
Proactive, adaptable, and able to manage multiple tasks.
Effective written and verbal communications.

Responsibilities

Award Show Coordination: source templates and ensure submissions comply with guidelines.
Editing and Writing: craft compelling award entries, edit for clarity and impact, and adapt entries for different award shows while maintaining high content quality.
Organizational Management: track timelines, submissions and outcomes; keep information organized in the company database.
Industry Research: maintain database with current industry trends and award criteria.
Client Communication: manage professional communication with clients and represent the agency.
Remote Collaboration: work remotely with strong communication, time management and self-motivation.
