Ladders seeks a Home Office Research & Due Diligence, Assistant Vice President - US Wealth to support intermediary distribution through research placement, due diligence, and onboarding across key relationships.

The role partners with sales, investment, and client-facing teams to strengthen coverage, respond to research needs, and expand market opportunities, with a remote US-based work arrangement.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Series 7 and 63/65 licenses required.
• 3-5 years of experience in asset management or related roles preferred.
• CFA, CIMA, or similar investment designation preferred.
• Strong understanding of intermediary distribution and due diligence processes.

Responsabilidades

• Support product onboarding and research placement across intermediary relationships.
• Build and maintain relationships with home office research and investment teams.
• Coordinate ticker-specific onboarding and expansion opportunities.
• Prepare due diligence materials and respond to client research requests.
• Support National Account Managers on strategic relationships and research initiatives.
• Partner with various teams to ensure coordinated coverage and support sales priorities.
• Develop client presentations and research-ready content.
