The ideal candidate will have over 16 years of accounting experience with leadership skills, a strong technical background, and CPA certification, contributing to the company's growth and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 16+ years of accounting experience, with a minimum of 6 years at a Big 4 firm.
• 5+ years in a management or leadership role.
• In-depth technical knowledge of ASC 606 and ASC 340-40.

Responsibilities

• Oversee technical and operational accounting functions related to revenue recognition.
• Partner with leadership and guide on deal structuring.
• Lead financial close and reporting for revenue and related expenses.
