Job summary

Barclays seeks a seasoned Red Team Operator to advance adversary emulation across cyber, physical, and social domains. This AVP role emphasizes hands-on testing, tooling, and realistic attack simulations to stress defenses and inform leadership decisions.

You will evaluate emerging techniques, develop testing methodologies, and mentor team members while collaborating with stakeholders to strengthen security posture across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Experience executing full-scope Red Team engagements across cyber, physical, social engineering, and process attack surfaces.
• Design and deliver end-to-end phishing and social engineering campaigns with realistic pretexts and infrastructure.
• Deploy, operate, and optimize Command and Control (C2) frameworks to support adversary emulation.

Responsibilities

• Execute full-scope Red Team engagements spanning cyber, physical, social engineering, and process attack surfaces.
• Design and deliver phishing and social engineering campaigns with supporting infrastructure.
• Deploy, operate and optimize C2 frameworks to emulate attacker techniques and improve defenses.
• Collaborate with security teams to translate findings into measurable improvements.
