Job summary

Ardurra in Arizona is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead airport design and construction initiatives within the Aviation Group, with potential for fully remote work if located in Arizona. You will manage projects, mentor staff, and ensure QA/QC across design and contract documents, coordinating FAA processes and regulatory compliance.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in airport design/construction, a PE license, and a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering, with PMP preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• PE License required.
• 8+ years’ experience in airport design/construction.
• Airport design and project management experience required.
• Knowledge of FAA advisory circulars related to airport design and grant process.
• Ability to mentor existing staff and develop new staff as needed to support growth of the aviation group.
• Self-motivated, team-oriented, able to work on challenging projects in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee projects and serve as client manager for airport design and construction projects.
• Mentor junior staff and perform QA/QC of design and contract documents.
• Lead projects from planning and regulatory approvals through design and construction completion.
• Coordinate regulatory compliance, environmental aspects, budgeting, and land acquisition where needed.
