Egis is seeking a Remote Aviation Design Manager to lead design teams, ensure quality, and drive engineering excellence on aviation projects in the U.S. You will mentor designers, enforce standards, manage resources, and partner with Project Managers to deliver compliant, high-quality designs.

Based in a Remote-enabled role with Dallas-area opportunities, this position emphasizes collaboration with Practice Leaders and Discipline Leads to sustain growth and innovation across the practice.

This role oversees a team of Design Leads and design staff, ensuring work is properly assigned, resources are effectively utilized, and project deliverables meet established quality and design standards.
