Job summary

Egis is seeking a Design Engineer for airport infrastructure projects in the United States. You will contribute to the design of runways, taxiways, aprons, airfield lighting, and navigational aids, and prepare technical reports and contract documents.

The role requires a B.S. in Civil Engineering, a PE is preferred, and 8+ years in civil engineering with aviation familiarity. Strong CAD skills (AutoCAD, Civil 3D) and effective communication are essential.

  • B.S. Degree in Civil Engineering.
  • PE designation preferred.
  • 8+ years in civil engineering; aviation experience and FAA knowledge a plus.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple project tasks.
  • Self-motivated and able to handle a fast-paced position.
  • Goal and deadline oriented; strong interpersonal and verbal/written communication.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Microsoft Office.
