Job summary

Continuant is seeking an experienced AV Project Manager III to lead complex commercial AV engagements from kickoff through closeout and Day 2 transition. You will own project execution, customer communication, schedule discipline, budget health, risk management, and cross-functional coordination across engineering, purchasing, field resources, vendors, and service delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience, with significant AV/tech deployment projects.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, site readiness, and closeout documentation.
• Proven multi-site, multi-stakeholder project management with deadlines.
• Experience managing budgets, labor plans, and change orders.
• Ability to communicate clearly with executives, customers, and field teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale AV projects across planning, design, procurement, installation, and acceptance.
• Serve as the primary customer-facing project leader with timely updates.
• Drive Day 1 to Day 2 readiness with handoff and documentation.
• Manage project budgets, invoicing readiness, and profitability.
• Coordinate with engineering, purchasing, warehouse, field services, and partners to keep work moving.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and blockers.
